Apartheid Museum - Bill of Rights

The Bill of Rights is the cornerstone of democracy in South Africa. It enshrines the rights of all people in our country and affirms the democratic values of human dignity, equality and freedom. A "bill" is a printed or written statement of an amount owed.

As such, we created our own Bill of Rights, Bill of Rights, ZA, which was an itemised bill of how many lives were affected

in the struggle to obtain the basic human rights we enjoy, and deserve, today. We created over 8000 bills by printing them through a normal till point. The bills were then delivered the night before Human Rights day to the restaurants. Our bill had

the #billofrightsza printed on it so we could track the reach of the campaign on social media.  We did not put a single cent behind media. The bill also served as a free entry to the Apartheid Museum so South African could learn in greater depth their history.
